The Klingspor 359458 3″ x 79″ CS 411 Y 60 Grit Cloth Back Zirconia alumina (Blue) Sanding Belt is a High-performance abrasive belt with unmatched tear resistance. The abrasive belt CS 411 Y by Klingspor offers consistently high durability even under frequent and rigorous use. Manufactured with a tear resistance material allows the CS 411Y to show its true worth when put to the test during the processing of stainless steel, steel and many other types of metal using machinery such as a wide belt machine, a pedestal sander or a hand tool belt grinder. The CS 411 Y zirconia belts are widely recognized by their blue abrasive with its exceptional aggressiveness, this abrasive belt comes with added sanding active fillers in the site coat that boost abrasive performance – especially on stainless steel – as they keep the abrasive grain from vitrifying prematurely. This waterproof abrasive belt is available in multiple grit sizes. Its extensive selection of grit sizes makes the product suitable for a large variety of day-to-day grinding and sanding tasks.
Klingspor abrasive belt CS 411 Y: manufactured with self-sharpening zirconia alumina grain.
This material is a self-sharpening grain which proves to be tougher than regular aluminium oxide, which makes it the preferred choice for applications requiring a uniform scratch pattern over a long period of time. The grain selected for the abrasive belt CS 411 Y is bonded with premium, fully synthetic resin, which – along with the close coating – contributes to the superior removal rate and long service life of this product. The zirconia alumina is applied on a tear-resistant polyester backing. Klingspor supplies the abrasive belt CS 411 Y as a wide belt, short belt and long belt version or as a file belt.
