In a case where a manufacturer discontinues an item that a customer has ordered we will make every effort to offer the replacement product at the same price. In some instances, these products may have a substantial price difference, package size and so forth which may change the shipping information related to the original purchase price. We will make every effort to cover the shipping differences as well, but in some cases, this may not be possible and we will offer the customer either a refund or a discounted price for the item and shipping which may be more than the original sale price.
