In order to affectively import your information, ideally what we would like is a single tab CSV file with the following sku information:
- Vendor
- Part Number
- UPC Code and / or GTIN# (You can provide both in separate columns or just one)
- Product Name
- Description
- Features/Benefits (if applicable, you can add as many as you like, each in a separate column)
- Specs (if applicable, you can add as many as you like, each in a separate column)
- Dimensions (LxWxH in inches) (Weight in lbs)
- Weight (lbs)
- Length (in)
- Width (in)
- Height (in)
Product Images / Videos
For the images, we display a primary image, and then a gallery of additional images.
Main image will be [Vendor Prefix]-[Product SKU].webp
Gallery images, if any are available, should be [Vendor Prefix]-[Product SKU]-[Image Number].webp
Ideally we use WebP at 75% quality with a width of at least 800 pixels.
Example of how we organize the product images:
- Main Image: GAR-B60WC.webp
- Gallery Images: GAR-B60WC-1.webp, GAR-B60WC-2.webp, GAR-B60WC-3.webp, etc
- Main Image: MILW-611731.webp
- Gallery Images: MILW-611731-1.webp, MILW-611731-2.webp, MILW-611731-3.webp, etc
*We prefer all images to be available in a single zipped/compressed download. OneDrive, DropBox, WeTransfer, direct download link, etc…
