BE Power Equipment 85.400.079 2″ x 12′ Suction Hose Kit for Water Pumps comes complete with fittings. The BE 85.400.079 comes complete with the foot valve which is used on the submersed end of the water suction hose to prevent the pump from losing it’s prime when shut down. The foot valve has to functions, it stops the water from draining by a closing a flapper gate, and has a built in strainer that prevents debris from entering your pump during operation to keep your pump in optimal working order.
