Terms & Conditions for the Makita 40V MAX XGT Free Battery Promotion
Eligibility:
- The promotion is applicable to Makita 40V MAX XGT tools priced over $250, excluding any lighting products.
- Each eligible tool in your order that meets the price threshold qualifies for one free 4.0 AH battery.
- Combo kits qualify for the promotion based on the individual tools within the kit. If each tool, when priced separately, exceeds $250, a free battery will be awarded for each qualifying tool. For example:
-A four-piece combo kit with each tool over $250 will receive four free batteries.
-A two-piece combo kit with each tool over $250 will receive two free batteries.
Exceptions:
Certain products like the Makita lawnmower kit and the 14" chop saw kit will receive an additional free battery, totaling two free batteries for the kit. This offer does not apply to tools or kits that do not meet the $250 price threshold even if part of a larger purchase.
